In the first three months of 2021, we have seen national property price growth rise by 5.8%. April is continuing that trend with a reported combined capital city growth in April sitting at 2.8% which is up from the growth in March reported at 2.1%. The fastest rate of property appreciation that we’ve seen since 1988 when it was reported to rise by 3.2%. It continues to look as though we are well-positioned to see the national price rise this year of 16% and upwards.
